Chopard maintains its global support for the ‘Seventh Art’ by organizing similar outstanding evenings at important events of the cinema business such as the Academy Awards in
Los Angeles, the BAFTA in London and the Venice Biennale.
Becoming the official partner of the Cannes Film Festival in 1998, Chopard has been producing the Palme d’Or (Golden Palm), redesigned by Chopard’s Co-President and Artistic Director Caroline Scheufele, in its own ateliers since.
Leaving its mark on the Red Carpet walk that draws a lot of attention at the Cannes Film Festival, as is the case in all major events, Chopard’s appearance has become a tradition people are looking forward to thanks to the unique collections that Caroline Scheufele created for the first time in 2007 with resounding success.
83 Films from 25 countries were screened at the Atlas, Beyoğlu and Kadıköy movie theatres during the 7th Bogazici Film Festival that took place between Oct 18-25 this year.
The festival is organized with the support of the General Directorate of Cinema of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey, the national broadcaster TRT as Corporate Business Partner, Anadolu News Agency as the Global Communication Partner and Türk Medya as the Corporate Communication Partner.
